Hello my lovelies :) If you’re anything like me, you love a good snack! Today I’ve thrown together something lovely, and thought I’d share it with you all. It’s super easy and simple to make. All you need are a few carrots, cucumbers, and some grape tomatoes that you have no clue what to do with. Then just combine together all the smoothie ingredients, et voila! A brand new snack time is here :) Hope you enjoy <3 banana coconut smoothie // what you’ll need: + 1 frozen banana + ice + shredded coconut + tsp honey + tsp flax seed + tsp chia seeds + tsp hemp hearts + 1 cup almond milk + 1 scoop vanilla protein powder combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. add desired topping and enjoy with a side of chopped veggies :)
