Hello Lovelies! Happy Monday morning to you all :) After being sick this last week, I’m so excited for the new week to start and to get back to the gym again. I just finished a six week program with Cristina Capron, which was absolutely great. My muscles were sore every single day, and there wasn’t one week where I didn’t need a break after Day 4, which also happened to be leg day! It feels so great to push myself, and walk away every time feeling accomplished.
The biggest thing with fitness, and life in general is consistency. Nothing comes easy, and nothing comes when you give up too quickly. It takes time, consistency, and hard work to see progress and to get to where you imagine yourself to be. It takes learning and educating yourself so that you understand how your body works and how you can find the strategy that gives you, uniquely you, the best results possible!
Lately I have been loving my new Lululemon ball cap. It’s great to throw on when you’ve got a crazy hair day going on, or if you just feel like adding a little something to your cute gym ponytail look. Today I’ve styled it with my favorite Lulu jacket, and these Calvin Klein capris. To finish it off, I have been loving these Nike Free trainers, which are so great for the gym!
