Hello Lovelies! Today I’m sharing another delicious and easy recipe by BreeAnn Cox from Body by Bree. These delicious egg white cups are super easy to make, and so great to have ready for when you are on the go and need something healthy with all the goodies! It’s a great source of protein, especially for those days that you are running out the door. It is also the perfect idea as an hors d’oeuvre and presents beautifully. All you’ll need is 2 oz of organic ham, 1/3 cup bell peppers, 1/4 cup raw onion, 1 cup chopped baby spinach, 50 grams whole egg, and 4 oz 100% egg whites. Preheat the oven to 350 & spray a muffin tin with cooking spray of choice. Mix the egg & egg whites together. Add small amounts of each ingredient in every cup and fill 3/4 of the way.
